Assembly carousels

Assembly carousels combine individual sub-operations and enable the production of multiple model sets and subsets on one facility. They are divided into two groups, "A" fully automatic carousels – the operator only adds and removes parts periodically.  "B" semi-automatic carousels – the operator places components onto the carousel bed and also takes away the parts that are OK. Carousel allows performing a set of operations on one or more of the inserted parts. Carousel provides the implementation of assembly, or control operations or combines assembly as well as control operations in a single unit.
